Journal Entries

Standard

  • Students will identify and analyze processes and problems encountered in photography.

    Objectives

  • Students will write reflectively about their own experience/artwork in photography.

 

Assignments

All journal entries are to be kept in the comprehensive binder.

Answer reflective journal questions, using complete sentences, at the end of each unit.

Journal Entry Criteria

Assignment:

  • At the end of each unit there are several journal questions to answer
  • Journal entries should be written underneath the questions, on the same paper
  • Journal entries should be written in complete sentences
  • Each journal entry is worth 10 points

Criteria:

Points
Answers all questions clearly in complete sentences, demonstrates clear understanding of topic, uses specific detail

Answers some questions, uses complete sentences, shows some understanding, answers are vague
7-5
Shows no understanding of the topic
