Landlord Wang Essay and Debate
We will be preparing for a debate regarding
the livelihood of Landlord Wang. You will read the story of "Stone
Village" and answer the following two questions: 1) Should Landlord
Wang have been hanged? 2) Provide five reasons why or why not.
We will go over the homework together in class. You will then type
a one page five paragraph persuasive essay. Upon completion of the
essay we will debate the question in class.
There are three parts to this assignment.
