Battle of the Architects (Student Handout)

Scenario: You have just completed the revisions to Mr. Jones' floor plans. You go to his house to discuss the revisions and talk about signing the contract to use your designs. As you pull up to his house, you see a few other cars in his driveway. You suddenly realize it is the architects from the other firms that are there to discuss their blueprints as well. Mr. Jones has decided to invite all of the architectural firms over to have a little debate about each of the floor plans. Each firm gets five minutes to present their design. There is then five minutes for the other design firms to ask questions about the design. It is very important that you handle yourself in an orderly fashion because your boss will do another follow up interview with Mr. Jones to see how the meeting went. The following are the questions that your boss will be asking you.
